We can use up to 24 filters simultaneously to identify your ideal customers. Here are some examples of the key filters we can use.
Target exactly where you would like your leads to be located. This includes countries as well as specific regions or cities. Location is identified using both listed profile location as well as the IP location providing incredibly accurate results.
Company Name, Type and Headcount

Choose how many years would you like your leads to have held their position. This is an effective way of identifying individuals who are new to their jobs or companies which have just started. For example, you could target ‘founders’ with less than one year of experience to identify new companies in specific industries.

Yes, you can continue to use your Linkedin account as normal. However, we would advise that you do not send too many connection requests each day as we have set our software up to optimise the number of actions you can perform each day.
If you sign up to our Gold or Platinum Packages, you will receive this free of charge. We can either facilitate this by connecting your CRM to our software to automatically sync new leads or your account manager can send you a spreadsheet at the end of each billing cycle. If you require this service and are signed up to our Silver Package, we can do this for a one-off additional charge of £49.
Yes, we can send messages to existing connections, profiles from a sales navigator search, a specific list, or users who engage with a particular post(s).
Our automated software easily outperforms the prospecting ability of a full-time employee working on Linkedin, since we can optimise the number of actions that can be safely done each day and spread these across a full working day. Linkedin Sales Navigator is free for the first month and then $79.99 (£65) per month or $64.99 (£55) when you are paying annually.
Our software has been developed over a number of years by our team of developers. It can automate all tasks which you would normally do manually on Linkedin. All our accounts are run off our own 4G servers which emulates using the Linkedin app on your phone.
Yes, of course, if you have a campaign that is working well, you can easily scale it up by using another Linkedin profile to double the number of qualified leads you are getting each month. We offer discounts on additional plans if you are running more than one profile with us.
You will see all the replies to your campaign come into your Linkedin profile live. If necessary, we can change the wording of the messages or target market to improve the results of the campaign. This can easily be done by editing the questionnaire form and notifying your account manager on Basecamp.
If you can provide us with a script for lead qualification, we can reply to any new messages for you on your behalf. Once the lead is qualified, we will send them a Calendly link that is integrated with your calendar. You can set the calendar preferences to ensure that the call does not clash with any of your other appointments. Once the prospect chooses a date and time both parties will be notified of the phone or video call booking.
GDPR does not affect the LinkedIn outreach and messaging campaigns, so whilst your other marketing communications could be severely curtailed, our strategy ensures that your campaign with us will be fully compliant.
On average, for every 1,000 prospects we engage with, you can expect to see around 250-300 accept the connection request. You can then typically expect around 5-30 of these to be qualified leads every month. However, this number depends on several factors such as how much you can differentiate yourself from competition, how professional and persuasive your LinkedIn profile and outreach messages are, and how active your target audience is on Linkedin.
After you sign up to the package of your choice, your Account Executive will send you a detailed questionnaire which gives our team a better understanding of your business as well as your objectives from our work. As this form is located in the cloud, both parties can edit the form and any amendments can be approved by both parties. Once the questionnaire is completed, our team will put together a messaging sequence and invite you to our project management system. This platform is straightforward to use and allows you to communicate directly with your Account Executive via instant chat, without the need for back and forth emails. This setup process takes approximately five working days.
We use GoCardless as our payment processor which sets up a direct debit. The first payment and one-off setup fee is taken 4-6 days after signing up. Further payments are then taken automatically on a monthly billing cycle. You can view all your monthly invoices by logging into your account.
