Yes, you can continue to use your Linkedin account as normal. However, we would advise that you do not send too many connection requests each day as we have set our software up to optimise the number of actions you can perform each day.
If you sign up to our Gold or Platinum Packages, you will receive this free of charge. We can either facilitate this by connecting your CRM to our software to automatically sync new leads or your account manager can send you a spreadsheet at the end of each billing cycle. If you require this service and are signed up to our Silver Package, we can do this for a one-off additional charge of £49.
Yes, we can send messages to existing connections, profiles from a sales navigator search, a specific list, or users who engage with a particular post(s).

Our software has been developed over a number of years by our team of developers. It can automate all tasks which you would normally do manually on Linkedin. All our accounts are run off our own 4G servers which emulates using the Linkedin app on your phone.
Yes, of course, if you have a campaign that is working well, you can easily scale it up by using another Linkedin profile to double the number of qualified leads you are getting each month. We offer discounts on additional plans if you are running more than one profile with us.
You will see all the replies to your campaign come into your Linkedin profile live. If necessary, we can change the wording of the messages or target market to improve the results of the campaign. This can easily be done by editing the questionnaire form and notifying your account manager on Basecamp.
If you can provide us with a script for lead qualification, we can reply to any new messages for you on your behalf. Once the lead is qualified, we will send them a Calendly link that is integrated with your calendar. You can set the calendar preferences to ensure that the call does not clash with any of your other appointments. Once the prospect chooses a date and time both parties will be notified of the phone or video call booking.

We use GoCardless as our payment processor which sets up a direct debit. The first payment and one-off setup fee is taken 4-6 days after signing up. Further payments are then taken automatically on a monthly billing cycle. You can view all your monthly invoices by logging into your account.
