Each platform has its’ own rules and ways of sharing content. For example, a Facebook post will keep re-appearing on a user’s timeline as the post gets more likes or interactions, so there is no need to repost the same message, as the chances are users will start to see duplicate posts. On other platforms such as Twitter and Instagram, posts are less likely to re-appear on a user’s timeline, so you can repeat the post at a different time or on a different day to ensure it has been seen by as many people as possible.

Planning content for the coming month takes place a couple of weeks before the start of that month. This gives us plenty of time to receive any content from you, create images and write the posts. Once we are happy with the monthly plan and have all the posts written and graphics/images tailored to each platform, we will then begin scheduling.

Although Bing does not have the reach that Google has, 20.5% of all searches in the UK are on Bing. It performs better in some industries than others, and often our clients see less competition and lower costs-per-click. Bing Ads also appear on other search engines such as Yahoo! and DuckDuckGo, so it is definitely worth considering.

If you fill out the form, we will get back to you within 48 hours with a quote estimate and suggestions on our recommended technology stack we suggest for the build. We will discuss the options with you. Once you have a better understanding of the technical infrastructure that we may require, we will send you a more detailed questionnaire so we can provide you with a fixed quote. Once this quote is approved, we put together a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) that outlines the project’s exact deliverables. Once this is signed, a 50% deposit is required for us to get started with the project. The final payment is due on the completion of your website. There should be no further increase in price, providing there is no change from the Statement of Work.

If you refer us to an agency who signs up to our white label partnership scheme, we will pay you recurring commission for the first service they use. For any additional clients coming from that agency, we shall pay you a one off £250 bonus.

We enjoy working in mutually beneficial partnerships so, where appropriate, we shall try to refer clients to you. We are selective about who we work with but if we feel your service would benefit our clients, we will refer them to you. We would expect the same commission as we offer for any referrals we sent to you so we have an incentive to send you as many as possible!

On the last working day of each month, once your spreadsheet is up-to-date, you can invoice us your monthly commission due. We shall aim to make the payment within 2-3 working days.

We will give you access to a cloud-based spreadsheet which allows us to add your referrals onto the spreadsheet without the need for any back-and-forth emails. This allows you to see which of your referrals have signed up as well as your monthly commission at the end of each month.

For our new website builds, we require a 50% deposit to get started and then the remaining payment is due on completion. For our hourly development packages, we need the full payment in advance then you can use the hours whenever you like over one year. For our hosting packages, payment is made monthly in advance, although we offer a 15% discount if paid annually in advance.
